1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 7vvv platform — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 7vvv. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Using any feature of 7vvv — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing a casino game — constitutes acceptance of these terms. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The 7vvv platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

7vvv takes underage access seriously. Age verification is required as part of the registration process, and additional verification may be requested at any time. If 7vvv determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any funds remaining in the account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit after identity verification is completed.

You are also not eligible to use 7vvv if:

• You have previously been self-excluded from 7vvv and your self-exclusion period is still active.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino platforms are prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on behalf of another person or operating the account for someone else's benefit.
• You have been permanently excluded from the platform by 7vvv for a previous breach of these terms.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on 7vvv. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited pending investigation.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms.

7vvv reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at registration at any time. This may include a government-issued identity document, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be restricted or suspended until documentation is provided.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7vvv account credentials, including your username, password and any security codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow anyone else to access or use your account.

Any activity that takes place on your account — including bets placed, casino games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity, unless you have reported unauthorised access to 7vvv support in advance of the activity occurring.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7vvv support immediately. 7vvv will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing. You should also change your password immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 7vvv are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any point — your deposit, account balance, bets and winnings are all denominated and settled in PKR.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

6. Sports Betting Rules

7vvv offers sports betting across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODI series, football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. 7vvv reserves the right to decline any bet before confirmation is issued. Odds are not guaranteed until a bet is accepted and confirmed. Odds may change between the time you select them and the time the bet is processed; you will be shown the updated odds before confirming a bet if they change.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned or does not reach the minimum progress required for bets to stand. In cricket, the void rules for rain-affected matches follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. Specific void rules for each sport are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket and football matches. In-play odds update dynamically and accepted in-play bets are final. 7vvv reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time, including during play. Any bets already accepted before suspension remain valid.

Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combining two or more selections are settled based on the combined odds of all selections. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is settled on the remaining selections. If all selections in an accumulator are voided, the stake is returned.

Errors in Odds

If a bet is accepted at odds that were published in error — for example, due to a technical fault or a human data entry mistake — 7vvv reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. 7vvv will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly. Winnings already credited from an erroneous odds bet may be reclaimed.

7. Casino & Slots Rules

The casino section of 7vvv includes live dealer tables, slot games and digital casino titles. All casino and slots games are governed by the rules of the individual game, which are accessible within the game interface before play begins.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer in a real-time streamed environment and are final once a round is closed. Any disconnection that occurs after a bet has been placed and a round has started does not entitle you to a refund of the stake unless the disconnection is caused by a confirmed platform fault.

Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session. Past results do not influence future outcomes on RNG-based games.

If a technical fault affects the outcome of a casino game, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. 7vvv will investigate and communicate the outcome of any disputed round within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, access odds data or interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal manual browser use.
• Exploiting errors in odds, bonus terms or game software to gain an unfair advantage, including systematic arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit from platform errors.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Using funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent activity to make deposits on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a legitimate deposit after funds have been used for betting or casino play.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 7vvv support staff or other players.
• Providing false identity or payment information at any stage, including during registration, verification or withdrawal requests.

10. Responsible Gaming

Every 7vvv account includes the following responsible gaming tools:

• Session budget controls: Set a maximum spend for a session before you start playing. Once the limit is reached, no further bets or casino wagers can be placed until the next session.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play to prompt you to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period — from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the period ends will not be processed within the first 24 hours.

11. Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used by a person under 18.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, 7vvv will communicate with the account holder to request any relevant information or documentation. If the matter is resolved satisfactorily, the account will be reinstated. If the breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any outstanding balance will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the breach.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting 7vvv support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account — excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements — will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7vvv platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, interface design and the overall layout — is owned by or licensed to 7vvv. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display or create derivative works from any 7vvv content without prior written permission.

Access to the platform is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Using any part of the platform's content or software for commercial purposes without authorisation is a breach of these terms and may also constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law.

13. Limitation of Liability

7vvv provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure continuous service availability, 7vvv does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7vvv's liability in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in your account at the time of any claim. 7vvv is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of winnings or profits arising from technical faults, service interruptions or errors, except where such losses are caused directly by confirmed platform faults and the affected bets or game rounds are clearly identifiable.

7vvv is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from shared credentials or unauthorised access that you did not report promptly.

15. Changes to Terms
